White Eagle Health Center

The mission of the White Eagle Health Center is to support and strengthen individual, family, and community by empowering Indian people by providing high-quality healthcare and the long-term vision of the clinic is to Ensure Healthy Generations of Indian People. 

Core Values and Beliefs

2. Quality health care should be available, accessible to Indians in our community and should be provided in a manner that respects their unique culture and traditions.
3. A comprehensive approach to health care includes attentions to physical, mental, spiritual, and social well-being and promotes individual growth and empowerment.

Clinic Hours
Monday-Wednesday - 8am-4:30pm
Thursday - Diabetic Day - Closed Half Day for Administrative Duties
Friday - 8am-4:30pm

*If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be required to reschedule - No exceptions.

Same-Day Clinic
Monday morning and Wednesday afternoon

*You must call at 8am to request a same-day appointment
