TRIBAL HOUSING PROGRAM

Programs offered:
  • Lease-Purchase Housing Program
  • Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance Program
  • Low-Rent Housing Program
  • Rental Assistance Program
  • Elderly Repair/Rehabilitation Program
  • Tiny Homes for Elders
  • Minor Emergency Repair

Requirements for eligibility:
  • Tribal Membership card from a Federally Recognized Tribe
  • Driver’s license or state issued identification card for all members of household aged 18 and over
  • Birth certificates for all household members aged 18 and younger
  • Social Security cards for all household members aged 2 and over​
  • Proof of income (Federal Tax Returns or transcripts filed for the previous year OR proof of earned income or statements/award letters from agencies documenting unearned income (including but not limited to Social Security benefits)
  • Background checks
