TAX COMMISSION
The purpose of the Ponca Taxation Act is to provide simple, fair, straightforward and efficient procedures for the licensing and regulation of certain conduct, and the levy and collection of certain revenue and taxes. The Tax Commission has established policies and procedures to organize more effectively and strengthen its efforts in the delivery of tax services for the Ponca Tribe and the Community.
